The service was very rude, especially towards British guests, and seemed more catered to Spanish visitors. On the positive side, my room had an acceptable-sized balcony, though the view wasn't great. The bathroom drains had a bad smell that bothered me, and the overall experience felt claustrophobic. The air conditioning unit helped, but it wasn't enough to make up for the other shortcomings.
