The hotel has a prime location, perfect for exploring the old town and close to the beach. The rooms felt cramped and offered poor views, leading to some discomfort. The service was unsatisfactory, especially for British guests, with disparities in treatment. The dining options were limited and not well-suited for all guests, and the pool area lacked adequate sunlight. Despite these drawbacks, the central location presents some exploring opportunities.

The hotel felt like a prison cell with a view of a concrete shaft six stories high, and the bathroom smelled terrible, triggering my claustrophobia. The service was very rude, especially towards British guests, and seemed more catered to Spanish visitors. The location was up the hill in the Old Town, making it a bit challenging to access but fun to explore. The dining experience was fine, but nothing extraordinary. I found the hotel overpriced and would not recommend it to anyone.

5.0/10
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely tiny with no balcony, and the noise from slamming doors and thin walls made it hard to sleep. On the positive side, my room had an acceptable-sized balcony, though the view wasn't great. The bathroom drains had a bad smell that bothered me, and the overall experience felt claustrophobic. The air conditioning unit helped, but it wasn't enough to make up for the other shortcomings.
Rooms

The rooms were tiny and lacked a balcony. The noise from slamming doors and conversations through the walls was disruptive.
Service
5.0
The staff was a mix of friendly and rude. Some were accommodating, but others seemed unwelcoming, especially towards British guests. The food options seemed biased towards Spanish guests, which was disappointing. The pool and lounging areas had some maintenance issues and didn't provide a comfortable experience.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was convenient, near the beach, supermarkets, and tapas bars. It was easy to explore the Old Town and had some interesting spots nearby. However, it felt more like a 'Spanish' part of town, and the area lacked vibrant nightlife.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average. While my rate included breakfast, it was nothing exceptional. The availability of snacks and drinks was inconsistent, and there were additional costs for basic items like water or wine, which was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities had some issues, including maintenance problems at the pool and lounging areas. The overall comfort level of the hotel was affected by these shortcomings.
